Ro (Reverse Osmosis) + Demineralization (Dm) Water Treatment Plant

Demineralization (DM) is the process of removing minerals and salts, like cations (sodium, calcium, iron, copper) and anions (chloride, sulfate, nitrate) from water using these methods:

• Ion Exchange(Cation-Anion-MixedBed)Treatment
• Membrane Filtration(Like Reverse Osmos is followed by MB)
• Electro Delonisation(EDI)-RO+EDI•Distillation/Evaporation

IonExchange:DM Water has typical conductivity<30mhos/cm. Deionized (DI) Water, even purer, is achieved with a Mixed Bed (MB) or Electro De-Ionization (EDI). MB-based DI water has conductivity <5 mhos/cm, while EDI based DI water has conductivity<0.5mhos/cm.
