Demineralization (DM) is the process of removing minerals and salts, like cations (sodium, calcium, iron, copper) and anions (chloride, sulfate, nitrate) from water using these methods:
• Ion Exchange(Cation-Anion-MixedBed)Treatment
• Membrane Filtration(Like Reverse Osmos is followed by MB)
• Electro Delonisation(EDI)-RO+EDI•Distillation/Evaporation
IonExchange:DM Water has typical conductivity<30mhos/cm. Deionized (DI) Water, even purer, is achieved with a Mixed Bed (MB) or Electro De-Ionization (EDI). MB-based DI water has conductivity <5 mhos/cm, while EDI based DI water has conductivity<0.5mhos/cm.
• Easy Installation and Operation.
• Produces Clear,Soft,andNon-Scale Water
• Low Operating Costs.
• Utilizes High-Capacity Poly styrene bead cation exchange resin for stability and longevity.
